Oat milk is the default - Edit
Oat milk (Oatly Barista) is the default for all coffees and teas. They also have almond milk. Great chai latte.

Quick breakfast that always satisfies - Edit
Blue Bottle Coffee is one of my favorite places to get high quality espresso drinks. They never fail to impress me with their flavors and their beautiful stores. On a recent trip to Boston, I visited this Blue Bottle Coffee location both mornings. It was hard to locate the first day because one entrance is inside a building, and the other entrance is facing a pedestrian walkway (Harbor Way on Google Maps) and not a street. The first morning, I enjoyed a Gibraltar (i.e., cortado) with oat milk, which they always make with the perfect ratio of espresso to milk. The second morning, I got their seasonal Saffron Vanilla latte with oat milk which was smooth and just a bit floral. Both mornings, I got the vegan overnight oats, which is small but satisfying and can hold me over until lunch. Their prices are high, but in the middle of a big city like Boston that doesn't have a lot of vegan breakfast options, this is one of my favorite places to visit for a quick breakfast. The location at the Prudential Tower is also great but stays pretty busy, so it can take a while for orders to come out.
