I have a huge sweet tooth, so I was absolutely thrilled, as I got the info that blub now offers a vegan bubble waffle. I had asked for it quite often via Facebook.

A 'milk'-based vegan ice cream as filling would be phenomenal, at the moment, there are mango and raspberry as filling for the waffle, which are good, but I'm not a big fan of sorbet and I think a rich gelato-ice cream would complement the waffle and sweet toppings even better.
I like pale and soft waffles, mine was more baked through and a little crispy, but we got told that you can choose the dough how you desire. I can immagine ordering 'rare' or 'medium' in the future instead of 'well done' hahaha.
The owner is a super-friendly and outgoing guy, we had a nice chat.
Really recommend this place!
Pros: high quality vegan toppings (fairtrade vego bar), friendly atmosphere and owner
Cons: no 'milk'-based veg ice cream as filling
