Mainly serves all-day brunch foods with at least 2 vegan dishes which are Mexican influenced. The vegan rancheros contains tofu, black beans, bell peppers, cilantro, chipotle sauce, salsa, avocado, vegan sour cream on top of a crispy tortilla. The spicy tofu tex mex contains tofu, black beans, onions, chipotle sauce, cilantro, potatoes, tomatoes, salsa and avocado with a side of corn tortillas. The soups are all vegan. Menu is in English with Japanese on the bottom. Seating for about 74. The interior design is industrial and earthy. Open Mon 11:00am-10:00pm, Wed-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm. Closed Tue. The BEST vegan brunch!! - Edit

It was the BEST brunch in my vegan life!
They have two Mexican inspired vegan dishes, Spicy Tofu TEX MEX and Rancheros.
We shared both of them and both were totally fantastic!
Those were full of flavor and taste real good!
If they didn't tell me, I would never notice those are vegan!
I'll definitely come to BLU JAM again soon!!

Soo Good!!!! - Edit

The food here is really good!! They only have 3 vegan dishes but the 3 that they have are amazing!! The Rancheros and The Spicey Tofu Tex Mex are there Mexican vegan dishes They use tofu as the main ingredient but they cook it with home made vegan sour cream and chipotle sauce so it have a lot of flavor to it. They also had vegan soup that looked really good. When I went it was green peas soup, It was amazing, but they said hey rotate out the soup so they may not have it when you go. I like how you can go with a group of vegans and none vegans since they have both selections on their menu.
