Love it!

Large portions and so much to choose from! The food was really good with leftovers for the next day. The saki was also a must have. The one I chose was very citrusy and tasty. The place is big with outdoor seating. Will definitely be checking this place out again!

Pros: Large portions, Good food , Options

Very tasty vegetarian food in Renton

Looking for a great chill place for lunch? Blossom vegetarian is your place! Pretty much everything ok the menu is vegan. Anything that cannot be made vegan has an "*" next to it. We had our two dogs with us and they gratefully opened the back patio for us so we could enjoy the afternoon with them. Lots of options available. We had the fresh veggie wraps, Tofu Pho, Mixed Vegetables, crispy "chicken" cashews, hot and sour soup, and blossom vermicelli combo.

Pros: Great location/ very accommodating , Tasty food, Lots of options

Extensive menu, reliably great taste

I think I get something different almost every time I go here, and they haven't missed yet. I especially like the clay pots and the "duck". Even now that we've moved north to Seattle, we still brave the traffic and make the trip down to Renton for Blossom. It's also a lovely space, quiet and comfortable. Good spot for date night. They do takeout too.

I was ignored

The food might have been good, but after being seated and provided water and a menu I was blatantly ignored while other nearby tables received service and one staff member stared at her phone. I left and went next door to Wild Ginger Teriyaki.

I was prevented from leaving a 1-star review, because the app automatically assigns a minimum of 2 stars for vegan restaurants. HOWEVER, there are non-vegan items on the menu, indicated by a small asterisk.

Pros: Menu looked interesting , Gluten free menu

Amazing, tranquil, new fave!

Wonderful menu, excellent flavors and great service. We sat out back on the patio with our dog. They brought a bowl of water without our asking. So lovely. My date said “can we come back here?” To which I said “can we LIVE here?”

Overcooked and underflavored, such a letdown.

I'm baffled by the number of positive reviews that this place has based on how bad the food and overall experience my husband and I had here. I ordered the Blossom Pho and my husband got the spicy beef noodle soup. What I got could only charitably be called Pho tbh. Both soups had overcooked noodles, massively undercooked vegetables, and little in the way of seasoning. The employees also barely spoke to us and never asked how the food was. My husband and I are two very clearly gay men and we were pretty obviously on a date. Idk if this was homophobia or what but we definitely won't be coming back.

Can never go wrong 😍

Love the beauty of the restaurant, nice and soothing vibe. Great portions dining in, good enough for take out. Covid sort of messed up prices but its well worth the mark up.

Im stuck on the chicken pho, blossom salad, beef skewers, their vermicelli lemongrass chicken salad, lobster tail, roasted chicken, cashew chicken.

As you can im a frequent customer. I have my eyes set on chicken pho for this weekend. 🙈

Great atmosphere to eat in, friendly staff, and lots to choose from. Is on the pricier end but the portions are big so you can always take some home.

Pros: Lots of options , Big portions, Great mock meats

Cons: Can be on the more expensive side

Peaceful welcome

So nice to walk into this peaceful oasis. Generous seating area with traditional Asian furnishing. Very friendly staff. The Blossom clay pot with rice noodles was deliciously seasoned and the Blossom vermicelli bowl was so fresh and a huge portion. Deep fried spring rolls were probably the best I ever had: not too oily, lots of veggies and served not too hot. The special red tea with ginger was also a wonderful addition to the meal.

Our favorite takeout

I swear they put crack in the chickn fried rice. Why is it so good. They also made special noodles for my son when we dined in one time. He has issues with textures and they were extremely accommodating.

Forever Favorite

Blossom has some of the best food. Have taken family and friends here and every non vegan absolutely raved over this place. The owners and staff are so friendly, I have been coming here often for a number of years. ❤️

Pros: Incredible meat substitutes , Light and filling dishes , Great atmosphere

Cons: Used to be cheaper before pandemic , Price raise understandable going through covid , Too far to door dash

Urban Oasis in Suburban Convenience

Exceptionally Fresh Food made to taste with bold and mild flavor palates. Extensive tea menu with smoothie and dessert menu for those with a sweet tooth. Large portions and moderate pricing in a large boldly decorated venue with outdoor patio seating. Currently experiencing a waitstaff shortage so management apologizes for the delay but this diner did not feel too inconvenienced. Appealing to non vegan and vegetarians as well.

Pros: Main Stream Appeal, Large Portions, Extensive Tea Menu

Cons: Limited Staff

Many Vietnamese dishes in vegan

The menu is long. All dishes look like what you'd see at a meat-based Vietnamese restaurant but they are vegetarian versions. About half of them are vegan.

Pros: Lots of vegan options

True Gem!

Expansive, mostly vegan menu featuring delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The few non vegan items are clearly indicated (e.g. stir fried egg noodle). Staff are always friendly and the food is always tasty and well prepared. Some of our favorites include the shredded pork fresh rolls, BBQ beef skewers, chicken salad, Blossom fried rice, and lobster tail.

Pros: Tons of vegan options , Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating , Ample parking

Best Vietnamese food I've had

This place was phenomenal and I wish we had one at home. When they gave us real stevia leaves for our tea, I knew I made a good decision to go here. Everything was fresh and both the eggplant and jackfruit clay pots were PHENOMENAL.

Pros: A full menu of mostly vegan options, Fresh produce, Well-seasoned

Cons: A little pricy but it's well-justified

Not Great But Not Terrible Either

Took us forever to even get water and when it came it didn't even have ice. The place wasn't even busy. The food was very meh. I'm confused by the great reviews. Below average Vietnamese food. Glad it's mostly vegan but I won't be back...

Suffering the 2020 curse I believe

My friends and I were very excited to try this place based on Happy Cow and Google reviews… unfortunately I don’t think we got the best experience Blossom has to offer. To start they were out of many of the teas on their tea list, including basic Jasmine green tea, which is what I was wanting in particular. Our server was young and not very attentive. English was also his second language and he struggled to understand our order, but he did get it all correct in the end.

We ordered the tofu fried rice, which has so many rave reviews, and found it to be bland and dry. The cashew chicken sauce was also very bland and some of the veggies were almost raw and chopped in huge pieces. The “chicken” in the cashew chicken though was phenomenal! We also ordered the caramelized fish clay pot which my fish-loving omnivorous friend really enjoyed. Our favorite dish by far was the Mongolian Beef. That was a hit with all three of us. I don’t know what the “beef” was made out of but it was delicious and unique. Sadly our meal ended when we found out they have absolutely no desserts right now. All the reviews of their desserts seem to be pre-Covid. All-in-all I would absolutely go back and try it again, but our experience did not warrant the rave reviews we read.

Edit: I forgot to add that the fresh spring rolls were AMAZING, however the peanut sauce was so chunky you can’t dip in it.

Sweet spot on the way to the airport!

Huge menu, with clearly marked vegan items (nearly all were vegan!). Not only huge, but also unique from other Vietnamese restaurants with choice and variety of ingredients. Only one ingredient in one of the appetizers tasted odd to me, long brown strings with a mealy texture but other than that the flavors were fantastic! Some fried elements but nothing tasted greasy, very fresh. Definitely heavy on the fake meats, but if that’s not your thing you’ll still have a variety to choose from. Staff was polite but didn’t check up on us at all during the meal (didn’t bother us). Contrary to other reviews they actually do have public restrooms and parking was a breeze. Can’t believe I haven’t visited this place before!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Restrooms and parking , Big portions

Cons: A little pricey

Best Asian Food EVER!

Top Notch Baby! This place is it! Blossom is on my list for BEST Asian food I've ever had! First of all, It's so clean and classy. Everyone is so nice, helpful and cheerful. The only non-vegan items are the egg noodles or egg drop soup.
I had the Lemongrass Tofu dish, omg SO GOOD! Their mock meat is to die for! I don't even like anything that looks like meat and their tofu and seitan are award winning.

My husband had the General Tso's, also AMAZING! I can't wait to go back. This is such a nice place, and I want to try everything vegan on the menu, you just can't go wrong.

It's a really great spot for groups, it's a large and very nice restaurant!
