Great vegan options - Edit
The staff is aware of every variation to accommodate vegan diners. There are vegan options for sauces that would normally be non vegan (mostly because of fish sauce). I sat right next to the kitchen and the kitchen stand asked if my order or tofu fresh rolls needed the vegan dipping sauce or regular. Being able to feel confident, and still relaxed while eating at a non vegan restaurant was a huge bonus.
Read moreUpdate as of August 2022: Blossom has updated their menu to a noodle bowl centric offering. This is great because now most of the menu has a vegan offering! protein add-ons are fresh tofu, fried tofu, and chickpea meatballs. I love the chickpea balls! Same great staff, same great beer list, same great owners. Still my favorite vegan option in Sumner County.

Great food, friendly staff - Edit
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. Vegan options aren’t clearly labeled on their menu, but the staff was knowledgeable and suggested substitutions for making a few dishes vegan. They’re currently understaffed, so the kitchen was a bit slow, but they communicated that on the front end and we were happy to wait. The food was great and we’ll definitely be back!

Good! They just need designated servers per section. - Edit
Our meal was overall great! They didn’t have a set server per section and so they kept switching and this caused them to completely forget my drink which sucked but at the end when I said something they gave us in cash a refund for it which was cool. I still wanted my drink though. They didn’t bring a to go box for my sister but overall the food was great and they were nice. Definitely worth trying! You just might have to remind them of your needs.
