Love the concept, but disappointed - Edit
I really think this is the kind of vegan restaurant that Toulouse needs more of: slightly trashy vegan food. However, I was a tad disappointed at how low effort some meals were. The burger had only the patties, pickles, sauces and cheese and the smashed burgers weren't even cooked properly. Everything else (vegetables, bacon, fries...) were extras you had to pay more for, and the price for starters was not low...
Read moreFor dessert, I had the gnoccitella which, as a concept is super cool, but the portion was quite small and the tiny amount of chocolate they offer wasn't nearly enough to semi-dip half of the gnocci.
Overall, the food here would greatly benefit from a bit more effort and lower prices.
On the other hand, the girl from the staff was super nice and helpful and spoke pretty great English and even a little bit of Spanish.

Read moreHowever this is not a good vegan restaurant. It is grossly overpriced and serves very bland dishes so you have to pay several expensive add-ons. As an example you have the pancakes: only 6âŹ. Nice right? Well, they have nothing on them, no toppings. Cream, fruit, syrup, everything is an extra so you'll likely spend more than 10⏠for a simple pancake dish. Burgers are the same: only mustard and ketchup included. Fries? 4⏠and they are bad.
The croque monsieur and the pancakes were decent, but I'm not giving it two stars because I feel bad for the people working there. Worst In Tolouse for my money.

HĂ©las, ce ne fĂ»t pas le cas. J'ai pris un burger Ă 13 âŹ, il n'y a pas d'accompagnement, il est seul dans l'assiette, un peu tristoune et pour le prix je m'attendais Ă une taille de burger classique... bon, mais je ne reviendrai pas.

We ordered two brunch menus (20⏠per person, the only available on Sundays) and a chick'n burger - we are big eaters.
Read moreAll the food was delicious and the quantities were acceptable. The pancakes were very fluffy. The staff was very nice as well.
For the brunch price I would have expected natural juice and it was not the case. The burger was a bit pricey with no fries or salad. Besides, there were very few options for the menu: only brunch menu on Sundays, with only avocado toast as main meal and a single pancake topping option. It was good but many options off the menu looked way better.
