The staff is super lovely and speaks English as well! Definitely recommend

It was lovely to find a vegan place open in the evening. I had a cocktail (amoretto sour) while he had a beer. I had a delicious kebab. Lovely flavours and lots of different veg and textures. I ordered a green salad on the side which I probably didn’t need as plenty of veg on the kebab. I’m trying to learn as yesterday I ordered a club sandwich elsewhere and there was very little veg! He had pasta which looked pretty good too but not so much variety - just pasta, sauce and facon. Friendly staff. Nice locations and interiors. On a small square.

Extremely disappointing soft-serve ice-cream - Edit
My previous experiences at Bloomy were disappointing (see comments by other people here: small portions, high prices, food that is nothing special for anyone who has ever made a burger at home with a store-bought patty) but what motivated me to write a review was their "soft-serve ice-cream". I don't know if they changed the recipe from the beginning of the season but the ice-cream I had was a joke. It had the taste and texture of frozen vanilla soymilk. It had no body, no creaminess, nothing you could expect from ice-cream (and nothing like it is described on their website). Calling it "sorbet" would be charitable. In addition to that, the price is outrageous: 6€ for a "large", essentially the equivalent of one scoop in a waffle cone.
Read moreIt is especially disheartening to me because not only is it a rip-off for vegans who have few other options, it also gives a very bad image of vegan food to non-vegans who might want to try it. The kicker is that better options are readily available: for example Oatly makes a soft-serve mix for professionals that is delicious and would win over any vegan or non-vegan, why aren't they using that?
French vegans as a community are overall way too enthusiastic and accepting of mediocre food for lack of options, especially when it is sold by a vegan restaurant. Bloomy is a good example, and maybe a result, of that.

The all you can eat Sunday buffet was outstanding! Everything was super tasty and there was a huge choice of savoury and sweet dishes to choose from. Tea and coffee were included in the price. Yeah it's 25€ pp, but for that you get as much truffle pasta and vegan meringue as you like, so I certainly will not complain.

J'en attendais plus au vu de certains avis, il manque néanmoins quelque chose... Que ce soit dans la présentation, l'atmosphère ou les saveurs des plats, tout est bien mais sans plus. Les plats manquent de présentation et de personnalité. Le chaï latte était très bon, mais on reste sur notre faim surtout au vu du prix.

I had the kebab which was stuffed with fillings and tasted delicious. The potatoes on the side were also great. Giving only 4 stars because the dessert was very dry and not good at all.

Love the concept, but disappointed - Edit
I really think this is the kind of vegan restaurant that Toulouse needs more of: slightly trashy vegan food. However, I was a tad disappointed at how low effort some meals were. The burger had only the patties, pickles, sauces and cheese and the smashed burgers weren't even cooked properly. Everything else (vegetables, bacon, fries...) were extras you had to pay more for, and the price for starters was not low...
Read moreFor dessert, I had the gnoccitella which, as a concept is super cool, but the portion was quite small and the tiny amount of chocolate they offer wasn't nearly enough to semi-dip half of the gnocci.
Overall, the food here would greatly benefit from a bit more effort and lower prices.
On the other hand, the girl from the staff was super nice and helpful and spoke pretty great English and even a little bit of Spanish.

Read moreHowever this is not a good vegan restaurant. It is grossly overpriced and serves very bland dishes so you have to pay several expensive add-ons. As an example you have the pancakes: only 6€. Nice right? Well, they have nothing on them, no toppings. Cream, fruit, syrup, everything is an extra so you'll likely spend more than 10€ for a simple pancake dish. Burgers are the same: only mustard and ketchup included. Fries? 4€ and they are bad.
The croque monsieur and the pancakes were decent, but I'm not giving it two stars because I feel bad for the people working there. Worst In Tolouse for my money.

Café noisette 2,5€..
Avis donc partagé, il faut bien choisir.

Hélas, ce ne fût pas le cas. J'ai pris un burger à 13 €, il n'y a pas d'accompagnement, il est seul dans l'assiette, un peu tristoune et pour le prix je m'attendais à une taille de burger classique... bon, mais je ne reviendrai pas.
