Healthy vegan-friendly new place

We visited early Aug 2025, during its first week of trading. We ordered the beetroot Reuben sandwich, the miso, tahini & avocado toasted sandwich, and a slice of retro school cake (sponge cake topped in pink icing, with hundreds and thousands). The cake was massive, sweet, and decadent. We gave up waiting for the sandwiches after 25 minutes and asked for takeout containers. If this place wants repeat customers, they need to speed up on the food prep, as local workers on breaks can't wait ages for food.

Pros: Healthy, imaginative food, Around half the menu was vegan, Ethically-motivated venue

Cons: Painfully slow service, No grab and go options

Went back this week. Menu very similar (and still looked all veggie). Service was a bit quicker.
