Read moreEvery flavor was extremely unique but we loved the kimbap and tuna bliss. The gyozas were to die for! The best we've EVER had.
You won't be disappointed and I highly recommend ordering the menu double if you're unsure and there's two or more of you. You will leave so fulfilled and satisfied.
Their mocktails are BOMB.

The menu is fully vegan, creative, and rich with options. Even non-vegans would fall in love with the taste. The restaurant itself is nestled in a quiet and charming alley in the heart of Lyon, beautifully designed with a warm, floral vibe. The service was fast, the staff kind, and the atmosphere—just lovely.
If there were culinary awards for vegan food, Sushi Bloom would deserve them all. Pure magic. 🌸🍣

One of the best sushi restaurants we have visited. The service was super friendly and helpful. The selection is amazing. Almost all the sushi appealed to us, we had real problems deciding which one to have.

We were missing that kind of vegan restaurant for a decade now, and Bloom Sushi fits that gap with a great menu, from starters to desserts!

We also tried some "à la carte" one and the desserts and we found it all pretty savoury and nice looking. The staff was very busy that evening but warm and welcoming, and we've spent a delightful dinner there.

I tried gyosas that melted in the mouth with an excellent sauce.
- A Piman cheese (marinated bell pepper, sweet potato, avocado, vegetable cheese, fried onion, spicy sauce) very appetizing.
- Kyûri roll (cucumber, bell bell pepper, quinoa, avocado, cheese, vegetable, mint, daikon, spicy sauce)
- And for dessert, a mango Sticky Rice.
All these dishes are a taste experience that helped her discover this restaurant.
The decor is in keeping with the brand
The welcome was perfect, so that I had all the details of each dish.
A very good contact with the manager who introduced me to the restaurant with brio.
I really enjoyed myself, and this is another very good address not to be missed in Lyon.
