Previously located in Hotel Norbu Sangpo in Boudha Pulbhari. Relocated within Boudha inside Main Stupa Circle. Uses organic veggies and fruit from own garden. Practice of Ahimsa (non-violence) and spiritual conscious eating is the mission of the cafe. Menu contains 70% raw food (for advanced vegans) and 30% organic health food where light cooking is used (for beginning vegans). You will find organic salads, superfood smoothies, healthy Tibetan food and vegan snacks that are free from gluten, diary and sugar. No alcohol or cigarettes on premises. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Secret hideaway - Edit
This place is an idyllic little oasis of calm and great food hidden behind a house on the main stupa circle at the Boudha Stupa (not the Buddha Stupa as earlier marked on the map). You'll find the way in via some signs on a corner, then go down a darkened corridor next to the Koris Cafe, and you'll arrive in a spacious garden with a view of the top of the Stupa. The food and drinks are awesomely fresh and healthy and diverse. Note that the menu is arranged by day of the week. There are 1-3 options depending on the day. It's a little pricey for Kathmandu, but very cheap by western standards. Enjoy!
