Delicious vegan options - Edit
I was so thrilled to find a place that has so many vegan options! I had the Korean Cauliflower Po Boy with some vegan jalapeño dill aioli for my fries. It was so good. The server Jackson was knowledgeable and fantastic! If I lived here, I'd definitely be back!!

Excellent Pub Food - Edit
My husband had the jackfruit melt, I had the cauliflower poboy and my daughters had impossible burgers. We shared the Thai fries. The food was excellent and service was quick and friendly. I wish I was here longer so I could go back and try more.

DT FoCo Pub Serving up Bar-Food Bites - Edit
Cool pub with rotating craft pints and a happenin' patio in the heart of Fort Collins. Clearly labeled vegan options span both the breakfast/brunch and regular menus. The latter offers what I'd call slightly elevated, classic pub fare, sort of similar to what one might find at Sputnik down in Denver.
Read moreI got the buffalo cauliflower po boy because it looked intriguing and I haven't had a po boy since a long-ago NOLA trip when I wasn't vegan. But I digress - first off, the sandwich was scrumptious - which may partially owe to the entire thing being deep fried. This made the bread alone crispy and phenomenal, but in conjunction with the sandwich's other ingredients, each bite was a tasty, albeit greasy, treat.
And while I feel the pic(which, looking now, sort of resembles a $h1ttyFoodPorn subreddit post), certainly doesn't do the sandwich much justice, I decided to include it anyway. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to find a treadmill.

Best weekend lunch/brunch ever! - Edit
The service was fast and friendly. The patio is VERY dog friendly! Staff fawn over all the dogs and make sure they have water. And the food! Omg, so many plant based options in all the menu sections: appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and even brunch. Vegan food is definitely NOT an afterthought here. I had vegan chipotle aioli to dunk my fries in. I was in absolute heaven. It’s not to be missed!

Thai Fries for dayzz - Edit
Blind Pig has recently spruced up their menu, and they’ve added tons of vegan options! So many options in fact, that I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted to order! It’s very loud in there, like a sports bar, and there are several tv’s. But there’s outdoor seating if that’s not your scene. One thing I’ll definitely be going back for: the Thai Fries starter!

Gourmet bar food - Edit
We had the Thai fries and the cauliflower wings with vegan ranch. Both amazing. The cauliflower was NOT breaded which was a nice surprise, but perfectly done and well sauces. Fries were also fabulous - the fries alone were crispy and the sauces made them top notch! Beer good too!

Great options for vegans! - Edit
Pleasantly surprised! Blind Pig has a ton of vegan options. We tried the Thai fries, chikin sandwich, Carolina jackfruit sandwich and the sweet potato falafel balls and were happy with all four dishes! They use Follow Your Heart cheese which is rare for a non vegan restaurant! Highly recommend!

I was so excited to try Blind Pig Pub after I saw it on my HappyCow feed - and I’m glad I did! They had so many vegan options and everything we tried was delicious! It’s a great location in Old Town and had some nice outdoor seating.

Delicious vegan pub food - Edit
There are so many vegan options on the menu here, we couldn’t decide what to get! We loved the beyond chicken tenders and the Thai chili fries, they were both seasoned perfectly and the ranch dip is excellent! The samosas weren’t our favorite unfortunately. We came here again for dinner and really enjoyed our mocktails: mandarin orange mojito and the strawberry lemonade. We ordered the cauliflower ‘po boy with fried brussel sprouts and also the all plant jackfruit Carolina. Both delicious and filling for me. We also shared the plant based Oreo brownie and omg yum! I couldn’t tell that it was vegan AND it was warmed up which is absolutely amazing. Great service and would definitely go again! Thanks for having plenty of vegan choices!

Would give 5 stars if I could - Edit
Didn’t realize you couldn’t give 5 stars unless fully vegan but this restaurant has so many great vegan options and pretty much anything else on the menu can be modified to make it vegan. Would eat here weekly if I could! Last time I had the fried green tomato sandwich with follow your heart pepperjack - amazing

Fantastic Vegan Options - Edit
Blind Pig is a great option - their menu is probably 50/50 of vegan and omni options, and all of the vegan options are clearly marked. They also have vegan brunch, which is more than just fruit and potatoes, and vegan cocktails, including specialty seasonal ones made with fun things like the almond-based Bailey's. I've had great burgers, brunch, jackfruit tacos, cauli wings, and seasonal drinks here, and everything is flavorful and not an afterthought.

The Thai fries are delicious but other than that it's very simple vegan options. A bit over priced for how simple they are.

Pig out vegan style! - Edit
Don’t let the name of this establishment keep you away. They have a great assortment of vegan options (see pictures) that are clearly noted on their menu. We had the cauliflower Poboy sandwich with sweet potato tatter-tots and vegan “chicken” tacos. Their seasoning and sauces are great. This is a college town and the staff was college aged, but they were educated on vegan options and provided great service. Located in historic area of Ft Collins with public art. We definitely recommend!

Tried this with my family last weekend. They had something to please everyone, even options on the kids menu. It seems like half their menu has a full-plant based option. I had a BBQ jackfruit melt that was messy and delish.

Lots of Vegan Options - Edit
Ok so from the name I was suspicious wether there would be many vegan options, but they had a ton of vegan options. The majority of food there can be made vegan and they clearly label on the menu wether or not it can be made vegan. I brought my dog because he must come everywhere and they even brought him a water bowl. Would totally recommend Jackfruit Tacos and the fries out spectacular.

Many solid vegan options. A bar with a good restaurant - Edit
First time customer. Ordered online for pickup. It was really easy, things were clearly labeled vegan or not. The jack fruit tacos were real good, excellent spanish rice and refried beans.
Read moreI generally avoid places that utilize animals as branding when they aren’t vegan. I don’t think this applies to this establishment as a blind pig isn’t a hipster thing but a term used during prohibition for a speak easy, a secret bar. They seem like a good business to support in many ways.
Pros: Variety, Convenient ordering and pickup, Casual and not intimidating
Cons: Not cheap (its not fast food and you should tip), Styrofoam to go containers
