Veggie choices include tofu burger, burrito, pizza, pasta, and other comfort food. The "sopa verde" is a group choice for vegetarians. Tofu Burger - Edit
I had a delicious tofu burger and the green veggie soup. I’m so glad there were vegan options. The staff was really nice.

unique spot in a unique town - Edit
This is a great little place and one of the few places in the country where you can get delicious vegetarian food while listening to smoking live blues. Meals are home-cooked to specification by the owner's wife and they have great options for everyone; an excellent option for a mixed crowd. Very nice veggie/tofu burgers and burritos, and green soup is great and comes with some garlic bread that is not kidding around. It's a bit tucked away from the main tourist section of town, but worth seeking out. Take a walk up in the quiet indigenous area after eating to see a different side of San Marcos. Recommended!
