Yummy sandwich in a cute hipster cafe with lovely staff - Edit
There are 2 veganisable options on the menu: the Iraqi sandwich and Iraqi salad. The sandwich was very nice, with more flavour than a lot of food I've had in Tunisia.
Read moreStaff understood veganism and immediately checked if I wanted egg when I ordered it. It's the only thing that needs to be removed to make it vegan.
I also had a tasty pink mocktail and a 1L water. Total was 31TD.
The accept card and cash and have free wifi and heaps of charging points. There were people working on laptops.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The space is super hipster, in a nice way, and wouldn't have been out of place in Melbourne.
Overall, it's a great option in Sidi Bou Said.
Pros: Iraqi sandwich was tasty, Lovely staff, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Few vegan options

Wonderful vegan options - Edit
We ordered Iraqi sandwiches and Iraqi salad. Those plus Meditaranian salad were the options marked as easy to make vegan. They also have homemade oat milk, so we got iced lattes. All of the food we tried was really really good! There were also a lot of vegetarian options which could have possibly made vegan. Staff spoke good English and we're very pleasant and helpful. If we had more time in Tunis, we would return.

Iraqi sandwich tres bon! - Edit
Belles options, vegan est mentionné sur le menu. Le sandwich etait très goûteux, la salad un peu moi s puisqu'il n'y avait pas les pois chiches, mais c'était bien!

Delicious, skip the coffee - Edit
I got the green shakshuka which usually comes with egg and parmesan. Staff suggested swapping for eggplant and potato at no charge. This was one of the better meals I've had recently. Super yummy

Amazing food and atmosphere - Edit
We found this restaurant to be a breathe of fresh air. We enjoyed a zucchini special with tahini, yogurt, and chickpeas as well as a pesto hummus. We are not strict vegans and this country has been beautiful, friendly but with sometimes limited food options so we did not mind the yogurt in the zucchini dish and cheese in the pesto dish so much. Everything was well presented and delicious, the prices were fair. Vegetarian, pescatarian options were labeled as such. Eggs and cheese items were clearly marked on the menu.

Limited options - Edit
Bleue often sells tofu which is great as I haven't found anywhere else that does in the area, but they don't use it in their meals, so if you order a salad, they'll just remove the non-vegan ingredients. While they can adapt dishes, none are marked vegan and they are supposed to have vegan sweets but of the 3 times I've gone, only once did they sell simple vegan cookies while there were no cakes. I'm not really inspired to eat there again.
