The airport has such limited vegan options that this was a great place to go. They have an impossible burger you can request to order on sourdough (the brioche bun is not vegan and neither is the gluten free bun). The fries are fried in canola oil.

Vegan Impossible Burger with Vegnaise - Edit
$18.50 for a vegan impossible burger with veganaise and a side. No complaints from me. The counter and other spots in the food area don’t have any clearly marked vegan options.

No vegan information! - Edit
Nothing labeled vegan. They do have the impossible burger, but couldn't tell me if either bun option was vegan, nor provide any allergen information.
