Serves meat, vegan options available. Assembly line concept pizzeria chain offering build-your-own personal size pies. Has vegan cheese, soy chorizo, gluten-free pizza base as well as salads. Choose a pizza base, sauce (marinara or hot red), veggies and toppings, and cheese, or get the pre-designed vegan pie. Reported that select locations offer a soy-based popcorn "chicken." The cinnamon bread is vegan by default. The cheesy bread needs to be ordered with the vegan cheese option. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-11:00pm, Sun 10:30am-10:00pm.

Decent option for vegans - Edit
They have a tasty vegan chorizo and you can pile as many toppings on your pizza as you want. I hate the cheese they use (I think it’s Daiya) so I always get it without cheese. In my opinion, a cheeseless pizza is only satisfying as long as it’s completely covered with a variety of toppings, so Blaze is good for that

It’s great that they have a vegan cheese option and soy chorizo, but it tasted like subway for pizzas.. If you’re craving pizza, it’s not the place to go and you would be better off making a pizza yourself at home. They gave you very little toppings on the pizza when they were preparing and just didn’t have much flavor.

BYO Pizza - Edit
Blaze pizza has a BYO Build Your Own Pizza option and it’s great for both vegans and non vegans! Our family of 3 have a lot of conflicting preferences so ordering a pizza to split is not an option. Thank goodness for Blaze! We actually prefer to make pizzas at home but this is a great option if we are out and about.

Decent vegan options for a fast casual BYO pizza. - Edit
As a fast casual chain, I would say Blaze is better than average when it comes to its vegan selection but nothing out of this world. My go to order here is their classic crust with spicy red sauce (don't get if you are heat-averse), vegan cheese, and loaded up with veggies - sometimes with their soy chorizo. You could also go cheeseless if you're not a fan of the faux cheese. I believe they use Daiya mozzarella. Traditional pizza is something I hardly eat any more since going vegan and when I'm craving it, this does the trick. They are also gluten free friendly if you are; make sure to tell them you have an allergy and they will swap their gloves out.
