Vegan chorizo & all the toppings! - Edit
The vegan cheese & chorizo at Blaze are so good, and there are so many tasty veggie combo possibilities. I opted for red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, oregano, and all 3 types of olives, and it was delicious. They have outdoor patio seating available which we opted for so our dog could sit with us. The employees were fast and friendly.

I love that Blaze actually labels their vegan items “vegan”. I often get the high rise crust vegan cheese pizza with jalapeños and vegan chorizo. I love it! Other times I get vegan cheese and then load it up with almost all the veggies and it’s such a good price for as many toppings as you can get.

I love the vegan cheese they offer (pretty sure it’s Daiya)! They’re also really good about asking me if they need to change their gloves before touching my cheese after they’ve touched the regular cheese for my husband’s pizza. I like to load up on the veggies since they have a flat rate for the build your own pizza option. You can always ask for a little extra of a particular topping if it seems a little skimpy! The pizza is wood fired, and super delicious. It sure beats having to just order pizza with no cheese from a pizza delivery service!

Excellent thin crust pizza - Edit
Build your own pizza! There is a flat rate for the build your own pizza and you can have as many toppings as you like! Vegan cheese is available. It doesn't look like they put enough on, but anything more would overwhelm the dough. It will look like the pizzas are large enough to share, but they are not. The crust is the thinnest crust I have ever had, but it wasn't hard or tough, it was very tender yet crisp. You can get a thicker crust, but it costs extra. We went on a very busy night and the staff was quick, efficient, and friendly! No funny looks for ordering vegan cheese either. The plastic cups for drinks are made from plants and they have a selection of non-carbonated drinks, Blue Sky soda and Coke products in the fountain.
