Choose a pizza base, sauce (marinara or hot red), veggies and toppings, and cheese, or get the pre-designed vegan pie. Reported that select locations offer a soy-based popcorn "chicken." The cinnamon bread is vegan by default. The cheesy bread needs to be ordered with the vegan cheese option. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-9:00pm.

They have vegan cheese on the menu but not at the little self checkout so I had to select no cheese and then tell them when they made it.

Came to terminal A from E to try their pizza. they ran out of vegan cheese, and vegan chorizo was discontinued. I asked just for crust with sauce and veggies, and they gave me pizza with cheese… after waiting another 10 mins I got my pizza with some spots of poorly added bbq sauce and a lot of veggies. not tasty, waste of time and what is more important unnecessary waste of cheese. probably I just got unlucky…(

Went there on a Saturday evening and they were open. It’s about $10/$11 for a nice pizza.
Read morePer my request, they changed gloves before making my pizza and used a new slicer. I didn’t get the vegan cheese because it looked like some Parmesan spilled into it, but they had it available.
Unfortunately, they forgot to put mushrooms on my pizza, which was very disappointing because it is one of my favorite toppings. They also thought my pizza belonged to someone else when it came out.
It is one of the only options in the airport, so I’m glad that it tasted good. I just really wish that they hadn’t forgotten the mushrooms.

Blessing I had no idea existed - Edit
After 6 hours of waiting in the lobby due to flight issues and changes I was pleasantly surprised to find a Blaze Pizza - which I actually had no idea existed in the IAH airport! Lots of veggie options, gluten free options, and vegan pizza options. 2 of the crusts are dairy free (original & gluten free) and they offer a vegan cheese. Literally a lifesaver for us for the first leg of our trip that involved an 8 hour day in the airport!
