Long wait, but fresh with kind employees - Edit
They have a build your own, so you get all the standard veggie toppings and vegan cheese and vegan spicy chorizo too. I got the cheese and veggies, so I can't speak to their chorizo (I'm generally not a fan of imitation meat).
Read moreVeggies are really fresh and vibrant looking. I love how they cook the pizza there and you get it fresh out of the oven. I will say, when I asked for vegan cheese the employee putting the sauce on became very aware of grabbing sauce that didn't have mozz particles in it (avoiding cross contam). The next worker in the chain overheard that and changed her glove that was handling meat and did it proactively.
I don't have any allergies, im vegan out of pure conviction so minor cross contamination would not impact me, but I was so very impressed that those workers made it a priority to respect my choice / limitations.
While you are getting fresh pizza so of course you are waiting for it to cook. The line can back up during busy times. It took about 15 mins because when the oven is full the line can't move until other pizzas finish.
So if you're in a rush, be cognizant.

Good pizza, but NOT speedy 😮💨 - Edit
Disclaimer: I’d suggest don’t get food here if your flight leaves in 30 minutes or less.
Read moreI’m normally a fan of Blaze Pizza, it’s a fast and satisfying option. So I was thrilled to see that one had opened in CVG! However.. this location seemed to be understaffed or poorly managed, both times it took almost 25-30 minutes for my pizza to come out. Once I got it, the pizza was good, it def hit the spot with that spicy vegan chorizo. 🔥
Unfortunately, it’s slim pickings for vegans at CVG. Your other options would be a plain veg sandwich from Subway or something cold/ grab-and-go from a fridge.. or maybe an assortment of snacks from the news/ gift shop..
Pros: Any hot vegan meal at the airport is a win for me!
Cons: Service is sometimes v.slow and not courteous
