Serves meat, vegan options available. Assembly line concept pizzeria chain offering build-your-own personal size pies. Has vegan cheese, soy chorizo, gluten-free pizza base as well as salads. Choose a pizza base, sauce (marinara or hot red), veggies and toppings, and cheese, or get the pre-designed vegan pie. Reported that select locations offer a soy-based popcorn "chicken." The cinnamon bread is vegan by default. The cheesy bread needs to be ordered with the vegan cheese option. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

Pretty decent vegan pizza that comes out fast. They have a "pre-built" vegan pizza option you can order but it's also similar to Chipotle in the sense that you can pick eberything that goes on. Their regular and gf crusts are both vegan, most sauces are vegan, adn vegan cheese and chorizo are available as toppings. There's also a lot of other vegetable options. Some of the better fast casual pizza and one of the only chains that carries vegan cheese. Good on you, Blaze.

Make-Your-Own Pizza - Edit
You go through a make-your-own-pizza "assembly line" of sorts, telling the person making your pizza what toppings you would like. At the end of it all, they pop your creation into the pizza oven. Once it comes out, you also get to choose "drizzles" and arugula to go on top, if you so desire. They do have vegan cheeze that is surprisingly tasty! Some of my favorite toppings include artichoke hearts, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and pineapple. Their outdoor seating area is lovely when the weather is nice. One pizza is more than enough for two (or possibly even three) meals.

Customize your own pizza - Edit
Choose any toppings you want - they have vegan cheese and chorizo. If you let them know at the beginning you are vegan they will use a separate pizza cutter to cut the pizza as well. We only order in person though to be sure there is not cross contamination as we have seen cheese in the veggies before as it was dropped while making other pizza.
