I intermediate as they call it with tofu and seaweed and quinoa it was delicious
And one dessert which was fine
They didn’t have a main dish so they asked me to decide which sided from all the other dishes I wanted and it was also just fine
In the morning I didn’t have much but they had great hot coco and porridge and homemade jam

Michelin star restaurant & hotel located inside the nature park Blausee. High class atmosphere, super friendly staff. The menu & vegan options are seasonal. The food is high quality but may not meet everyone's taste.
