Good vegan pub food options - Edit
Went to a meatless Monday recently. The vegan Parma and nachos were great. Cauliflower tacos were a let down. Great beers.

Read moreThe potato burrito was filling and tasty, my husband had the parmigiana and really liked the addition of a slice of eggplant between the schnitzel and sauce/ cheese layer - I'll be trying this at home!
We brought our dog who enjoyed the beer garden but after realising that this is what we do whenever we leave him at home I think he'll prefer to stay camped up on the couch on a rainy night
Pros: Meat-free Mondays, Nice spot close to the city, Dog friendly
Cons: Nothing vegan on the menu other than Mondays, One vegan option

Blasta are now offering a Vegan/Vegetarian menu every Monday. They also have an amazing selection of beers and ciders which are all vegan friendly.
Read moreBlasta have a spacious indoor area, and a large outdoor partially-shaded area which is pet friendly. The outdoor area also has a sandpit with lots of toys, making it a great place for the whole family to visit.
I tried out three items from their Meat-Free Menu:
🌱Classic parmigiana featuring 100% not chicken, topped with pomodoro, charred eggplant and zucchini, vegan cheese, served with chips and aioli
🌱Smoked 5 bean nachos - this had a generous amount of toppings including vegan cheese, sour cream and guac
🌱Cauliflower tacos - roasted cauliflower, slaw, vegan mayo and tahini
My favorite dish was easily the parmigiana, the chick’n was beautifully crispy, there was a decent amount of melty cheese, and I loved the charred veggies on top. Overall extremely delicious!
Other vegan options include:
🌱Burrito with Bombay Potatoes, coconut dressing, chickpeas and mint coleslaw.
🌱100% Not Beef Burger
