Decent Pizza-Loud Place - Edit
I was hungry for good pizza, and this place did not let me down. They had gluten-free/vegan crust and a good selection of toppings. Vegan cheese options were limited. Overall, it was a fine pizza but not the best I have had in Portland. If you don't like loud places, I would steer clear of this place as it was early on a Friday night and pretty loud already.

Appreciate the variety of vegan options. Had the Vegan Delight pizza and it was yummy. Like pizza Alfredo! Will definitely be back.

This is one of my go tos for vegan alfredo. They usually have two vegan slice of the days out and so far I have not had a slice I did not like. Overall this is a great place with some good options.

Second visit better than the first! - Edit
Went to Blackbird yesterday for the second time, got a vegan pie with tomato sauce, FYH mozz, basil, onion, and vegan pepperoni. It was awesome. The vegan pepperoni is little crumbles, not slices, and it was delicious. The first time we came here we got a pie with a cashew cream base and it was okay, but this pie with the tomato sauce was aces. I wish they offered cashew cheese but I'll take what I can get.

My boyfriend and I saw their vegan pizza signs and decided to give it a try. Lively atmosphere, but can get a little loud depending on when you go.
Read moreWe ordered their vegan pizza off the menu although there were a few different vegan options in regards to the slice selection. You can also choose to make your own, and they do have Daiya available for that if you so choose. We also got the garlic bread/rolls and those can be made vegan also. The pizza was good, and the garlic rolls were decent.
I do think there are better pizza options in Portland, but this place wasn't bad at all. We'll be going back to try it again, definitely.
Pros: good drinks , options, hours
Cons: noise, flavor
