Great vegan options in a meat centric deli

This is a review for the butcher & market, I haven’t tried the restaurant. I went here with coworkers when visiting from out of town and had low expectations since a it’s a butcher but the blackbelly bowl with sweet potato falafel ended up being my favorite meal I had in Boulder. They also had bottles of wine, fancy chips (Torres black truffle!) and other snacks.

Pros: Fast, Great food, Fun chips and snacks

Cons: Meat forward
