Had the plain croissant, almond croissant and the olive infused focaccia and every single bite was a delight. I’ve lived in Melbourne and Sydney and I’m honestly convinced the croissants here are the best I’ve ever had.

Wandered into Black Cockatoo bakery and stumbled across a vegan focaccia and vegan croissant! The vibes are young and fresh and vibrant, very sydney! Delicious coffee and croissant.

The vegan croissants are the best I've ever had. They do have other options like some cookies that are vegan, I'm very surprised they don't have more. Coffee is always fantastic too.

The loaves of bread were delicious. Only vegan sweet item was a cookie. It was nice, but would have been better to see more options (I was there early so unlikely to have sold out).

The coffee was delicious, including the single origin batch brew (Sample roasters I think). The vegan croissant was on par with the ones I've had in Paris, amazingly flaky on the outside and melty on the inside.
