Three of us had mains and puddings, all the mains were really tasty.

Awesome Restaurant - Edit
They serve around 4 vegan main dishes which all taste great. Additionally, they have some vegan starters and super tasty vegan desserts. The atmosphere is quite nice and the waiters friendly. The service was surprisingly quick, we got our lunch 10 minutes after ordering. Also, their prices are average for a restaurant

Solid Vegan pub grub - Edit
Did us a solid and served up tasty pub food right before close. Very friendly service, good selection. Wouldn't have known it was a chain pub at all. Warm atmosphere.

I had the mushroom and ale pie here with chips, veg and gravey and it was delicious. The menu also labels all of the vegan wines and other drinks.

It was great to visit here after living here years ago. The pub itself hasn’t changed which is great and has kept its charm!!

I had the vegan fish and chips with mushy peas. It didn’t compare to the chips served on the coast but it was still tasty. The portions were good and the rest of my party seemed to enjoy theirs too.
It’s not the best vegan food I have ever had but it’s good that the effort is being made to provide multiple vegan options!

As per other reviews definitely ask for the vegan menu, makes it much easier. Good food, something for everybody.

We had the vegan fish and chips which was lovely. They also have vegan cider on draught…which makes me happy. No photo of the food as I was ravenous, but a very generous portion for the price.

Great vegan burger! - Edit
Had the vegan burger which was lovely and the gin ‘cheesecake’ dessert with vegan ice cream. Really nice location, not too expensive. I asked the waiter for information about what the vegan burger was made of and he was happy to help.

Vegan menu in traditional pub chain - Edit
Ate here in a large family party and they had checked it had a vegan menu in advance. Had a choice of 5 main courses, and went for the koftas on roast veg and potatoes which was very nice, and a really good gin 'cheesecake' dessert.
