I love when I’m pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think much of this Thai restaurant I’ve driven past on many occasions, but I decided to finally give it a try and thank goodness I did. The food was so good. Their menu says they can make your dish vegan. All of my dishes were made to order and came out piping hot and fresh off the stove. The Roti Curry was the best. The roti was warm with a light crisp and the curry dipping sauce was the perfect pairing. I tried their Spicy Basil Fried Rice as well which hit all the marks in terms of flavor and texture. This is probably officially my new go to for Thai.
