Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese cuisine (noodle, rice, and soup) and sushi bar. Nice atmosphere but gets busy on weekends. Owner is a master sushi chef and conscious of vegetarian and vegan diners. All baked desserts are vegan, and there are a few vegan sushi items. The vegan chef's salad has tempeh, smoked tofu, and hijiki seaweed. Miso soup can sometimes be made vegan - ask.
