Sandwiches (in a fine dining manner!)

The owner is very passionate about the locally sourced ingredients and everything is thought through. While the menu didn’t indicate it, it was possible to swap out cheese on the sandwiches to a vegan one. I had the beautiful falafel plate (also gluten free) and a kimchi grilled cheese, on which the kimchi is vegan by default. We concluded the lunch with amazing pumpkin seed ice cream.

Pros: Locally sourced ingredients, Quality of the food was above expectations, Friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Menu not descriptive enough for vegan options
