Tasty but very light

Bistroteket serves very traditional food so I wasn't surprised that their vegan menu was all vegetables. It could definitely use some protein and starch. Adding legumes and grains would make it more complete and filling. But it was very tasty and the wine pairing were amazing.

Pros: Great service , Great wine , Good flavors

Cons: Not too creative , Lacks protein and starch , You'll still be hungry
