Some vegetarian options - Edit
I was there twice in the one week. The first time I had the vegetarian Quinoa Burger and it tasted pretty good. I had the Veggie Crunch Wrap Tacos the other night. It was nice too. Good enough service. A bite too “bar scene” like for me.

Went here for a dinner with a large party and there was something for everyone! All the food was delicious and I appreciated the clearly labeled vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options and the separate vegan menu. The mocktails were tasty and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely go back when visiting the area!

Excellent spot for a mixed-diet group - Edit
From-scratch bistro with good cocktails, a few listed mocktails, and a separate vegetarian menu (sometimes handed out, sometimes by request, seems to depend on the waiter). Many vegan options and many veg that can be easily accommodated, brunch lunch and dinner. Menu also clearly labels gluten-free options.

The teriyaki cauliflower with wasabi was delicious! There was a whole vegan menu. Enjoyed the tofu Buddha bowl and tofu poke bowl.

Nice vegan menu! - Edit
We went to dinner on Sunday evening, and sat at the bar. Staff was friendly and gave us a separate vegan menu while explaining that the kitchen also uses separate fryers and cooking surfaces. We each ordered a Sangria and started out with the teriyaki cauliflower app. Sangria was good, and had some nice fresh berries in it. The cauliflower was delicious, and very well battered with a batter that did not fall off when cut. For meals we chose the fall on a bun sandwich and their “Crunchwrap” tacos. Both were okay. The taste quality of the sandwich and fries was very good, however, it was a giant plate and could’ve used a larger bun and less fries. The crunch wrap was not at all what we expected - it is served open faced, and the rice and bean side dish that came with it was very dry. This being said, we will definitely go back, we will just choose to order differently.

Finally a restaurant in Nashua that does vegan well! - Edit
I’ve been to Bistro603 three times and had a great meal on every visit. The cauliflower tacos were crunchy and flavorful, the Sesame tofu stir fry was delish, and the quinoa burger was also full of flavor and super yummy. The servers understood what vegan meant, and overall, the menu is impressive.
Read more5/23 update: the prices have gone up and the serving size has gotten smaller. The cauliflower tacos were delicious, but consisted of 2 very small tacos. More appropriate for an appetizer as opposed to an entree.

Love it that this place has its own vegan/ vegetarian menu. Husband and I had the teriyaki cauliflower, cauliflower tacos, zucchini rancheros and fall on a bun. The teriyaki cauliflower was crispy and perfect. Highly recommend. Also the cauliflower tacos was good too. The zucchini rancheros was alright. It was a little tad salty. Fall on a bun was ok. It was pretty plain. Overall, it’s good. It is a little pricy tho.

Lots to choose from. Make sure to ask for the vegetarian/vegan menu when you come in to avoid the confusion I had. Highly recommend the Tofu Poke. Super filling and very tasty.

My vegan girlfriend was sooooo happy to have so many options. Became highly overwhelmed by having multiple choices. Should be 5 stars but app is weird. French toast is okay, get the zucchini rancheros w your Bloody Mary #Veganuary

Cauliflower tacos were crispy and flavorful. 2 small tacos, i could have used a side salad.
The veggie crunch wrap was more of a tostada than a wrap. Still very tasty.
We look forward to visiting again!
