Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese food and sushi restaurant. Could get veggie appetizers and vegetable sushi. Be sure specify vegan, though.
Bistro Wasabi is not a restaurant I would recommend to anyone who follows a plant-based diet, whether that be vegan or vegetarian. They only have one vegetarian entree, and that's the Maki Buddha sushi entree. There are a few vegetarian/vegan appetizers like the adegashi tofu, cucumber & asparagus maki, and edamame. Unfortunately, there are no vegan entrees. THE MISO SOUP IS NOT VEGETARIAN! Swap out the miso soup for a salad. When I was vegan, the kitchen was kind enough to make me a special entree that was basically just hibachi tofu served on vegetables and some rice on the side.
