Delicious vegan menu! - Edit
This is a nicer restaurant on the outskirts of Umeå, but definitely worth the drive there. They have 3 dish menus, one of which is completely vegan and really delicious. Even if this is not a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, they are skilled at making well-thought vegan food and I was very happy with all dishes. Large portions for this type of place and reasonably priced for fine dining.
