A lifesaver! - Edit
I've got a vegan tour company and took a small group of vegans to tour through Prague/Vienna/Budapest. Although our options were more than plentiful in the cities, I wasn't sure we were going to eat when we visited Telc. Bistro Karot saved the day. We made a detour to the cute town of Jindrichuv Hradec just for them, and happily enjoyed the town too.
Read moreIt's a self-service, pay by weight type place (very common in the Czech Republic and Prague) and everything was delicious.
Pros: Very fresh food, Menu changes daily, Nice sunny vibe
Cons: Small, so can be crowded at lunchtime
