They have a new vegan breakfast option, a tofu scramble and it is yummy!

Tofu Scramble

Chunked tofu sautéed with mushroom onion & spinach. It wasn't anything to write home about but it is a new and only vegan menu item so I want to celebrate their attempt here. The tofu was cooked well enough but it definitely needed seasoning. (Table is set with S&P and how sauce of course... this is AZ.) It came with toast or biscuit. But verify which option is vegan with server. Ingredients were fresh. This isn't what one would expect from. A tofu Scramble but it does the job.
NO MILK ALTERNATIVES.

Pros: Fresh ingredients , Good service , Good sized portions

Cons: Dirty bathrooms, Extremely limited vegan options , Long-ish wait
