Spice, vegan Ethiopian options

Every Saturday you can order pickup from Nana Claire’s Kitchen from Biruh’s. They always offer two vegan options and the lentil samosas are vegan as is the amazing vegan Mayo dipping sauce. Their Ethiopian read that dames with the sauces is also vegan. The mushroom tofu dish is my favorite, I usually serve it over some coconut rice we make in our instapot.

Pros: Always two vegan options , Vegan dipping sauce , Super friendly family owned

Cons: Be prepared for 🌶 spicy
