A little health store along the main approach road into Aljezur driving north on the left (easy to miss, so look for it). Stocks many products, including German and Dutch goods, a macrobiotic section, fresh baked bread, a small selection of vegan and biodynamic wines. No deli or fresh produce.

all I needed, just no fresh fruit & vegetables - Edit
great shop, sells even icecream made of ricemilk...
the lack of fresh fruit and vegetables is not too bad as you get really good ones from the region in a grocery shop and on the market.
Pros: single shop in that area, good stuff
Cons: rather expensive, no fresh fruit & veggies
