They sell a lot of meat substitutes, including seitan sausages. They also have few vegan products that I have trouble finding elsewhere: candy, nutella, dog food, ricemilk chocolate, cookies,...

Absolutely huge place with a massive selection. The fake meat section is huge too. Everything is organic, which is great but makes it pricey, because of this they don't sell Alpro (which I like as they're owned by a huge dairy company) but you can still get all the things you'd need. They also have a big dog food section with some vegan. One thing, the opening times are wrong on here, it closes at 19:30 every day except friday when it's 20:00 and sundar when it's closed.

The supermarket was completely renewed and the restaurant closed summer 2015.

100% organic supermarket with vegan and cruelty-free shampoo, soap, bodylotion etc. and lots of veg*n burgers, sausages, and other tofu/seitan/lupine products. Also has a very limited range of vegan cheese (Mozzarisella and Smokeyrisella).

Staff is not knowledgable about veganism and cannot tell you if they have certain vegan foodstuff. I asked where the vegan cheese was and one member of the staff said it did not exist in this world and another member of the staff said he was not informed about vegan cheese at Bioplanet. It was simply next to the non-vegan mozzarella.

(Quick note: cheese is nearly never vegetarian in Belgium - if you see "stremsel", Dutch for "rennet", on the ingredient list it's a no-go. Non-animal sources for rennet are hardly used, if it is used it will say "vegetarisch stremsel", Dutch for "vegetarian rennet".)

Compared to other heath food shop this is huge. It is actually a complete supermarket. Evereything they sell is organic, not everything is vegetarian though! They also sell organic meat and dairy but still it offers the greatest choice in vegetarian and vegan food you can find. Has several branches in Belgium.
