I shop at Bioobchod regularily - first, becuase it's right opposite my workplace, second - it's a nice, reliable shop with a decent selection of mainly foods, but cosmetics as well. I usually buy nut butters, bread and soy products there and I haven't been disappointed once.
(Oh, and try the frozen vegan/gluten free pizza too! ;)
Pros: great location, nice stuff, good selection
Cons: sometimes they run out of things and wait for days, not the cheapest

A vegetarian shop with mostly organic food. You can order at bioobchod.cz and just pick it up here, they also have an up-to-date Facebook page with various discounts and promos. Best stuff: Oatly milk and cream, vegan chocolate, whipped cream, Violife cheeze, sausages, tempeh, unusual flours, Ecover cleaning products.
Pros: connection with e-shop, decent opening hours
Cons: some things cost more than elsewhere
