In early-2015 this replaced the previous eatery Espacio Vegano Ibiza. Food is all organic and handmade. At breakfast there's coffee and tea with vegan croissaint and cake. Lunch offers burgers, ravioli, and such. Confirmed closed December 2016. Open Mon-Sat 10:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Sat 8:00pm-10:30pm.

awesome little place not too far out the way. fully vegan, great menu, lush food, helpful owner. ive only just found it and have 5 days left.. TAKE MY MONEY! FEED ME!

The only vegan place in San Antonio!!!A lot of options made freshly everyday, I spent 10 days in Ibiza and I was eating there everyday.Matteo and is wife are such a friendly couple always ready for a chat and laugh.

A vegan oasis - Edit
It's a real welcome surprise to find a raw/ health food/ vegan eating spot in burger and kebab-laden San Antonio. Bio Karma is a small, humble spot tacked on to a health food store. It serves basic vegan fare such as burgers, falafel wraps, gnocchi, etc. All are hand-prepared from fresh while you wait, and all the ones I've tried have been delicious and filling, at very reasonable prices.
There's some flexibility on ingredients, so you can usually make suggestions before your food is prepared. Similarly, not all ingredients are always available, so the flexibility might have to be on your part. The opening hours are a little restrictive - 10am to 3.30pm daily at time of writing, then open again from 8-11pm. There's very limited seating inside for anyone eating to eat in, but all dishes are available to take out. Overall, a great spot for visiting vegetarians and vegans, and well worth supporting.

It's a small place with one table, preferably to take away.
You can find main courses (7-9 euros aprox), juices, teas and desserts.
The owner is very friendly, he explains you everything you need to know about the food.
The main courses was very good, the sweet courses aren't so good.

THE RECEPIES ARE ITALIAN AND VEGAN , VERY TASTY. THE VEGBURGUER IS DELICIOUS AND THEY HAVE FRESH BREAD AND CROISANT THAT MADE MY HOLYDAY!!

Lovely vegan dishes! - Edit
I'm glad I found this lovely place where you can get completely organic homemade vegan dishes! The Italian owners prepare every kind of Italian dishes but completely vegan. They offer a wide selection of salty and sweet dishes in San Antonio centre, it's very easy to get there.
