Ich hoffe mal, dass wir einen nicht so optimalen Tag erwischt hatten, weil das Menü ja täglich wechselt. Der Hauptgang war nicht direkt zu bemängeln, allerdings war ich von Pellkartoffeln, einer Grilltomate, grünen Spargel und einer Hollandaiseähnlicher Soße etwas enttäuscht.
Read moreWas allerdings von ersten Moment an auffiel, war die ungewöhnliche Herzlichkeit mit der man behandelt wurde. Und zwar nicht gespielt, sondern wirklich authentisch.
Das Highlight war der Großvater, der alle Gäste persönlich begrüßte und mit jedem ein Gespräch führte.

Het vegetarische hotel/restaurant heeft goed aan de veganistische gast gedacht. Bij het diner is er de veganistische variant en ook bij het ontbijtbuffet is het onderscheid duidelijk.

Cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff, good service. Very good breakfast for muesli eaters. For a small fee of 1 € you can grab a lunch roll. I missed vegan cheese and more spreads, but the buffet had enough other vegan options.
Read moreThe four-course evening menu is different and newly composed every day, freshly made and lovingly garnished. If you are very hungry, you can ask for a second serving. It's all organic and largely unprocessed. It therefore tasted very good. Vegan half-board (breakfast and dinner) is no problem.
During the Corona period in September 2020 there were daily white cotton gloves for self-service at the breakfast buffet, together with your own face mask (only 2 people at the same time). In addition, different meal times are devided. Dinner was served at the table.

A vegan dream came true - Edit
We were there only for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The food is prepared by a 74 year old lovely lady (grandmother, mother and wife) who is the soul of this family business. She told us about her more than 30 years experience of healthy cooking and living. Amazing! 🥰 You can have vegetarian and vegan options. Reservation necessary for the 4 course menu

They serve vegetarian, vegan, raw and gluten-free dishes, just how you like it. We had all the time vegan and gluten-free dishes as well as raw options and everything tasted very good! The service and friendliness is very good as well.

A welcoming family business with overwhelming hospitality. The salad as the first course was already on the table when we arrived. The owner and his parents treated us so well, we loved the service and the experience. The food was fantastic, all vegan and delicious. It is a bit pricey but a real treat and absolutely worth it. We paid 29 Euro per person plus drinks
