Stunning hotel with excellent vegan options - Edit
We stayed for one night and had a vegan cookie in the afternoon (delicious), dinner (excellent) and breakfast (top-notch). We wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked, but we will definitely come back.
Read moreThe dinner menu was very refreshing because they had two menus, one vegan, one not. And everything on the menu was delicious, innovative and veg first cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.
In the morning, they came to take our order. On the order form it wasn't obvious that we could have scrambled tofu, but we asked because we'd seen reviews and were glad we did. It was probably the best scrambled tofu I've ever had. And then there was an abundance of options - toasts, cereals, fruits etc and it was all clearly labelled.
Really refreshing to stay somewhere where it was so easy to be vegan.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans cet hôtel. En tant que végane, on se sent vraiment bienvenu. Il y a pas mal d'options véganes au petit déjeuner ( margarine, tartinade salées et sucrées, yaourts, laits, croissants ou gaufres, et, sur commande, tofu en omelette - sans compter les fruits et bâtonnets de légumes, céréales et fruits secs, etc) À midi, il y a une soupe, des salades et toujours une option végane sucrée. Le soir, deux menus de 5 plats sont proposés, dont l'un végane. La nourriture est biologique, locale, très bonne dans l'ensemble et joliment présentée. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. Beaucoup de bois et de matériaux naturels dans l'hôtel. Grande chambre avec balcon, calme. Il y a plusieurs saunas dont l'un avec une vue panoramique, l'espace sauna est magnifique avec de nombreuses salles de repos. Piscine agréable. Une très bonne expérience.

A vegan Skier‘s heaven - Edit
We stayed here in January. As a vegan there’s no hassle of checking „wether and if“…. The vegan options are numerous, even the breakfast vegan scrambled tofu is delicious. All of the food and beverages are organic. AND, you can ski down right to the entrance during winter. Summer season was not observed yet

Dieses Hotel überzeugt mit dem bio-Gesamtkonzept und lässt auch für Veganer keine Wünsche offen. Das 5-Gänge Abendmenü ist abwechslungsreich und einfallsreich, mit regionalen Zutaten gekocht. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es sehr viele vegane Optionen (einschl. verschiedener Milch- und Joghurtalternativen, Mozzarella, Crossaints, Aufstriche, Marmeladen und Obst und Gemüse). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es gibt ein grandioses 5 Gänge Menü am Abend, welches der nicht Veganen Alternative in nichts nachsteht. Auch die beiläufigen Dinge wie Butter oder Aufstriche sind vegan. Das Frühstück ist gut, hier werden für Veganer extra Dinge wie angebratenes Gemüse oder veganes Rührei gemacht. hier wird sich viel Mühe gegeben, damit man glücklich ist. Zusammen mit dem spitzen Wellnessbereich klare Empfehlung

Organic, vegan, fancy - Edit
We stayed at the hotel which offers vegan breakfast options, vegan afternoon snacks and a vegan 5-course set dinner. All food and drinks are organic. While breakfast and afternoon snacks were decent, dinner was outstanding: creative, beautifully presented, tasty, and with high quality ingredients. Owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming.
