Yay! A Vegan Restaurant in Italy! - Edit
Adorable restaurant sort of out of the way, but close to Lake Garda. The food is sort of on the expensive side, but it's good and you can see the care that went into making it. It's clean, the couple that run it are extremely friendly. Ambiance is right on. Lots of variety in the food. Enjoy!

Open Friday evening, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch. Otherwise you have to book.
The restaurant is very nice. It's in the countryside, in the district Esenta, in the village lonato del garda. You'll need a plan to find and the informations on their website.
28€ for a menu (in the dish you choose your protein and yours vegetables) and a drink. They have the cola whole earth and the Yogi Tea :-)
the cook and the waitress are very friendly
