Mancare reincalzita si rece - Edit
Am comandat tigaie picanta si cartofi la cuptor. Tigaia picanta a venit rece, orezul si legumele separate, fade, nepicante. Cartofii la cuptor cu ciuperci si salata de sfecla au venit de asemenea reci. Cartofii erau cartofi fierti (poate in ziua anterioara, avand in vedere gustul) si doar usor incalziti la cuptor impreuna cu ciupercile. Overall, o experienta dezamagitoare, poate una dintre cele mai slabe dintre toate experientele avute la un restaurant vegan. Salata de sfecla era prevazuta in meniu cu hrean, insa acesta a fost inexistent. Din pacate, desi personalul parea amabil, cred ca erau prea aglomerati (4 mese ocupate) ca sa poata cere/primi feedback cu privire la preparatele servite.

A very nice surprise in Timisoara - Edit
Our visit to BIOFresh was wonderful, not only because a vegan restaurant in Timisoara is necessarily a positive surprise. The food was very tasty and diverse, and is suitable for non-vegetarians as well. The portions were large. The prices are above average, but are completely reasonable when taking into account the quality of the ingredients and the smaller clientele; and they are still low in comparison to western standards. The service was notably excellent: very courteous, helpful and patient (and we were a large party) - a rarity in Timisoara. And the place is conveniently located in the city center.

Best vegetarian in timisoara - Edit
I went here twice, enjoyed the meals very much, portions are generous, so the second time I just had a main without a starter. Hours are good so you can come in even late. Lots of choice there are full pages of choice for raw vegan and cooked vegetarian, it's hard to choose. I had the tofu with polenta and is was very good.

A nice place to have lunch or dinner in Timisoara - Edit
Our place in Timisoara where we used to have lunch or dinner very often. They have many kinds of vegan, raw-vegan and vegetarian options in the menu. However, all the desserts contain honey. We only ate one without honey. The ingredients are always fresh and the dishes are always made on the spot. The place is beautifully decorated and cosy. The staff is friendly and always with a smile on their face.

This restaurant in among the very few vegan/vegetarian locations in town, with the widest options, from starters to soup, main course and desert.

All deserts are raw.
Also, I enjoy the nice and cozy atmosphere of the place and the staff members are friendly.
Placed in the central area, makes it really accessible also to tourists.

Good place! I went there for dinner and had a burrito wrap and a dessert. The wrap consisted of mushrooms, avocado and a few other things, and I recommend it. The dessert was some kind of raw rolled lemon cake, also really good. I had a drink called the queen of vitamins or so, with ginger, orange, and a few other ingredients - also very good. It was quite busy when I came and it took a long time to be able to place an order, and then get the food, but it did arrive at some point and was worth the wait.

My favourite place in town, not to miss ! - Edit
I used to eat lunch here 3-5 days a week for a full year, until I moved out of town. It used to be my all times favorite place for lunch, dinner and meeting friends.
Read moreThis restaurant specializes in healthy vegan and vegetarian food, with some of their ingredients organic.
They have a wide selection of cooked and raw vegan and vegetarian.
The only animal product they use is honey, and is always clearly stated in the ingredient list of each item.
At the moment they have 2 restaurants in Timisoara, with 95% of the menu identical.
Some dishes are amazing, others are just average, but always freshly made on the spot.
I would recommend:
- pasta with avocado,
- Bio Fresh italian bruscheta,
- tofu with rice,
- tofu "meatballs",
- polenta with mushrooms
- quinoa salad with avocado,
- mushroom fajita with guacamole sauce,
- coconut soup,
- tomato soup with noodles
- the raw tomato soup,
- avocado soup,
- lentil soup,
- all of their raw sweets are amazing (all contain honey, unfortunately).
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Pros: Fresh, Delicious, Healthy
Cons: Menu of the day not recommended, A little pricey for Romania

Not sure how some are rating this place less than excellent, but all I can say is my experience here was nothing but positive in all aspects. I ate at Bio Fresh 4 consecutive days. The food was delicious and the menu was extensive. The staff was attentive, super friendly and courteous. And the prices very modest. Loved it all!!
