The restaurant has a big menu card with raw as well as cooked vegan and vegetarian dishes, large selection of fresh jouices and also alcohol drinks incl. coctails. The food was good, though one dish we found too salty. The fresh juices are 250ml, which in fact is not that much.

I am visiting Timișoara for a week and I was so HAPPY to find this place. EVERYTHING on the many is vegan, except for the cakes because they are made with honey. Otherwise, no meat, no milk, no eggs...

The most important thing: food is absolutely delicious: menu deal, as well as everything on the normal menu. I went there every day during my stay, even 2 times a day at some point😄

There are vegan and raw vegan options. From soups, to mains, to desserts. Definitely woth a try if ypu happen to be in Timișoara. They serve a daily menu. Prices are reasonable.

So many options! I came here for lunch and dinner during my day trip to Timisoara and was equally pleased each time. They put such a premium on health-conscious foods without at all forsaking taste. The soup was amazing, and I enjoyed each of my entrees as well. An ABSOLUTE must if you're visiting Timisoara.

My boyfriend and I visited here a couple of days ago. We ordered the pasta with sundried tomatos and pesto sauce and the polenta with tofu, plus a beer, apple juice and big bottle of water.
Read moreThe pasta had a good flavour from the tomatos and garlic, although the sauce wasn't particularly 'pesto-y'. It was sprinkled with little cubes of smokey tofu though, which were great! I had a choice between spinach pasta and rice pasta. I chose spinach and would recommend this. The apple juice was really good and tasted freshly pressed. The polenta and tofu was slightly bland and the sauce was a bit thin.
Portions weren't very big and it was a bit pricey for what we got (whole thing was about 85 Lei, which we rounded up to 100 with a tip).
We enjoyed sitting outside and the staff were attentive and polite.

We stopped twice in Timisoara on our way to and from Greece and we ate dinner at this restaurant both times. They have such an amazing variety of options. Portions are well sized too. Make sure you try the chocolate mousse😉 I would also like to mention that the waitress (who served us both times) is an absolute angel, genuinely kind. We will surely be back at this place when we visit Timisoara.

BIOFresh has a diverse menu with many vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. All dishes are described in great detail, which is very helpful when you are trying to avoid a particular ingredient. Prices are reasonable. Great selection of juices and smoothies.

This restaurant is between the few in Timisoara that have a vast menu with vegan options, with the exception of the desserts, which almost all contain honey.
Read moreThe food is good, but nothing exceptional regarding taste. The portions were ok, not small, neither big. I find that they don't really put any accent on having a decent amount of protein in the food that you eat, at least in the main dishes.
I felt that the staff was trying too hard to be friendly/nice, I felt a bit uncomfortable.
I asked the staff if the food I was ordering was vegan and they said that yes, everything there is "de post"(what religious Romanians eat during fasting, food without meat, dairy and eggs, but they don't exclude honey), but I told him that ok, but not everything there is vegan, as almost all the desserts contained honey and he made a remark "well it's just a bit of honey, does it matter?". Yup... it matters to vegan person...
Regarding prices, I find them a bit high.

We filled our bellies with so many goodies that we haven't got hungry for another at least 7 hours 😂 that's great! We had fajitas filled with veggies and sweet potatoes filled with veggies and for both dishes we received a bowl of guac. Everything tasted absolutely out of this world delicious! And what a wonderful experience to FINALLY walk into a restaurant and read the menu without looking for those 3-4 veggie options that are usually the same everywhere. We could actually choose anything in the menu and that was priceless!! After all this time.. So sorry we only discovered this restaurant now. The food is medium priced I'd say considering restaurant (not fast food) prices. For each dish we paid around 30 lei. Our total with two main dishes, two drinks and one big dessert was 96 lei which we didn't feel sorry for because the food simply put us in an extraordinary mood. Even the leaves the dishes were set on were so tasty! The atmosphere was calm and warm and the music was not loud. Great place for meeting with friends, family or even eating alone. The staff was professional. The only thing we didn't quite appreciate was serving drinks with plastic straws. We forgot to mention no straws as we rarely go out and it's not a habit...plastic straws hurt the animals so nothing vegan - lifestyle in it! Nevertheless... Can't wait to go back!

A gem in Timisoara - Edit
Had dinner there with friends. Everyone was very satisfied with the quality of food. I felt that the portions were a bit small, and the proportions of bread and dip were off hugely (too little bread). Have sampled 4 cakes/sweets, all was tasty but nothing exceptional. Has a big menu and was hard to choose because everything sounded good.

The waitress was nice, and there is plenty of sitting places both inside and outside.
