Parthenay's centre for vegetarian essentials - Edit
The opening of this Biocoop has allowed local veggies their own local stockist for essential supplies that cannot be found elsewhere (eg. Miso,Tahini,veg-friendly pâtés,falafel sausages and spreads). There are nuts,seeds and flakes "en vrac", organic fruit and vegetables,ready meals and wines, and a good stock of whole rices,pulses and flours. Friendly staff and good service and the bonus of the store being in a shopping complex quite close to the local Leclerc DIY store and hypermarket.
Pros: Varied stock, Friendly staff, Convenient location
Cons: Best to be able to speak French
