Great Vegan Burgers - Edit
There's a choice of 3 vegan burgers available, we opted for the BioAyurvedaBurger and the BioHanfBurger. Both were very nice though the Hanf (that comes served with a tomato chilli sauce) was the better of the two.
Pros: Great burgers. Made in front of you. Quick service
Cons: At the top end of what I'd pay for a burger.

Good food, but some things a bit expensive - Edit
Happy that the place offers three varieties of vegan burgers, several vegan sauces, and sweet potatoes (which are difficult to find in fast food places or restaurants). Considering that it's Austria, the price of the burgers and regular potatoes was fine, but sweet potatoes were definitively overpriced. I would recommend buying a burger and regular french fries/chips on the side. Very saturating, worth the money. =)

Not going back - Edit
First reaction: the staff made us feel like we were bothering him just by walking into his joint. He kept making little remarks that gave us an uneasy feeling.
They don't have gluten free bread so he recommended us to ho buy some at a bakery (?) nearby. We should have just left at this point but we went anyway - and when we came back he offended us/the bread by telling us what an awful choice of bread we had made. Well maybe if they had offered allergic-friendly alternatives we wouldn't have had to walk for like ten minutes to get this apparantly horrible bread...
Further on he missed my bf's request for fries, and then ignored me when I told hom what kind of sauce I wanted on mine - and instead turned to my bf as to ask him if my choice was OK?!? Because I am a woman and can't make my own sauce decisions without my man's approval?? So weird.
It was also ridiculously expensive. 5.90€ for the tiniest portion of sweet potato fries.. I'm sorry but I am from one of the most expensive countries in the world, and we get a full combo of burger+drink+fries for approx that price.
Last remark: food looked wonderful but tasted bland.
We ate in silence and left quickly as we felt uncomfortable there.
Would call tourist trap on this one.
Pros: good looking food, ecological, big selection
Cons: staff, price, flavour (or lack thereof)

nice place, great variety & quality - Edit
I like this place as it has different options for me as a vegan but I can also come here with my meat-eating friends without bothering them :)
The quality here is really good. I highly enjoy the BioChips (for 2,90), which are thinly cut potatoes, more like actual chips/crisps but warm. Most of the vegetarian burgers can be made into vegan ones with just leaving one ingredient out (besides the one with feta - as then there's hardly anything left). prices for the veggie/vegan burgers range from 5,50 - 6,50, which is quite ok for Salzburg :)
There's plenty seats outside when the weather is nice and you can just sit, enjoy your food and watch people passing by :) I just wish they had a veggie-only branch as I'm never sure if the stoves for meat/veg are seperated :(
Pros: location, price, service
Cons: smell of meat cause of the open kitchen
