A medium sized place with buffet (pay by weight). Mostly takeout as there are 4 seats at a counter for dine-in. Many options for vegans. Reported closed December 2022.
This is yet another salad bar / buffet operation in Buenos Aires; this one is in the Villa Crespo neighborhood. Just like the others you grab some empty plastic containers, fill them with food, and take them to the back to be weighed. This is mostly takeout as there are only four bar stools at a counter for win-win purposes. There is a microwave oven to heat up any of the hot dishes before you eat them. This place seemed a little more expensive than the other one I went to in the Recoleta neighborhood. There don't seem to be as many choices as the other one I went to but what they had was okay. The only negative for me is that a lot of the hot food items and even some of the cold salad bar items had lots of eggs in them. This is especially true of the vegetable quiche and veggie pie options, but they also had cut up hard boiled eggs in several of the salad bar items. Recommended if you happen to be in this neighborhood.
