Organic 'n' Vegan Gelato -- Yayyy!! - Edit
Gelateria and tea shop very near the train station on the main street going toward the old city. Although I was there in February, there were still at least 5 vegan choices between soy gelato and fruit sorbet. I imagine that they have more choice in summer. They have a wide range of organic teas as well. There are some stools and a few chairs to eat/drink inside but it's not an especially cozy place.

Pros: Vegan gelato and sorbet - clearly marked, organic and environmentally-conscious, big loose tea selection
Cons: tea was in styrofoam cup though I sat inside

Not even the US has an ice cream shop like this (that I've seen)! So many vegan options and the waffle cones are vegan too! Tried the peach, strawberry, and hazelnut ice cream and they were delicate and delicious and not too sweet. Nice atmosphere with some indoor seating.
Pros: Loads of clearly labelled vegan options
Cons: No bathroom
