Read moreSmall but good selection of vegan groceries and healthcare. We got crackers, pesto and olives to snack on, plus some toothpaste. Very reasonable. It sounds like Genoa is a tough city for a vegan business though.

Tiny vegan heaven - Edit
The shop was quite small but all the products there were vegan and some even gluten-free. They also focused on it being organic. We asked the staff working there for specific items and he was able to provide them or provide good alternatives. If you need to get some vegan products, this is the place to go!

Vegan shop in the centre of Genoa - Edit
Great little shop in the city centre. Travelling vegans will find all the essentials here, plus some special treats (breakfast cookies!) and nutritious organic versions of Italian classics (green pea pasta, red lentil fusilli and vegan pesto). The owner speaks English too and was really helpful.
