Romantic and beautiful - Edit
The photos on the website don't do the place justice. The place is an absolute palace. The building inside and out, the view, the garden are all stunning. It was a very peaceful place to stay - we did sunbathing in the garden and the friendly dog Nina kept us company. We also had breakfast in the garden - the best breakfast I have ever had. Even vegan pastries. On the down side, we got eaten by mosquitoes during breakfast and didn't know until it was too late. Florence had mosquitoes too - something the guide books hadn't mentioned.
Take warning, the villa is in the middle of nowhere - 1.5 kilometers from any shops or buses. I took a taxi from Florence airport which was 60 euros. A better route is to take the airport bus into Florence then a taxi for about 25 euros.
Anyway, this is a beautiful, romantic place to stay for a quiet getaway.

Fabulous retreat - Edit
Villa Medicea Lappeggi was just wonderful and we stayed 5 nights. The B&B is very spacious, extremely clean and a pleasure to stay in, with everything that you need. The Vegan breakfast was excellent and Cristina was very accommodating and a wonderful host. She was very helpful in providing us with details of vegan and vegetarian restaurants in Florence, of which there are several. Also helpful with maps and any information that we needed. It was a truly lovely place and we will definitely return again.

Great retreat from Florence - Edit
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a welcome retreat after the hectic day in Florence. The site is lovely and the room is comfortable and clean. There's a great view of the Tuscan countryside from the entryway and a marvelous garden. She was able to accommodate a vegetarian or vegan gluten free breakfast just fine (helps to let her know in advance). Provided a great recommendation for dinner.

Organic / Vegan B&B (Italy) - Heaven on Earth - Edit
Such a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable place to spend your days. All of your problems and worries disappear. Cristina is super lovely, has a great aura and takes care of her guests well! Pluuus, her vegan breakfasts are like no other :)
