Great place for a vegan croissant - Edit
Vegan croissants are rare in the Odenwald, but this place has some really good ones! You can buy them directly at the shop or order and pay online and then pick them up which is really convenient. Everything is organic and tasty

Once a week we are supplied by Bio Bäcker Bihn. We love the vegan chocolate cake, lemon cake, raspberry cake, Linzer cake, walnut-apple cake and of course the broccoli snack.

Besides the organic bread rolls, who are "accidentally vegan", this bakery offers some delicious vegan treats who are very filling and tasty. The broccoli snack looks unassuming, but is packed full and has a rich buttery taste. The mini lemon cake is one of the sourest sweets I've ever liked. The delivery comes early in the morning, straight to your door and offers you the chance for a stress-free preparation of a Saturday brunch.
